Privacy Policy for Plantelier

Our Approach

Plantelier is designed so your space stays yours. Revivr Studios does not collect, receive, or track any information about you, your room, or how you use the app.

  • No Accounts or Sign-ins: The application does not require or allow you to create an account.
  • No Revivr Servers: Plantelier does not communicate with any server operated by Revivr Studios. There is no backend infrastructure.
  • No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking: We do not track which pieces you place, how often you use the app, or anything else about your activity. The app contains no advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Room Mode and Your Surroundings

Room Mode asks for permission to use your surroundings (world sensing) so it can set pieces on your real floor and tables, let real furniture appear in front of them, and remember where you placed them. You can decline this permission and still use Plantelier; Room Mode just won’t be able to find your real surfaces. You can change your choice at any time in Settings on Apple Vision Pro.

  • Plantelier uses information about the surfaces around you only while Room Mode is open, to position your pieces, and stops when you leave Room Mode. It does not save a scan, map, or image of your room.
  • To remember an arrangement, Plantelier asks visionOS to keep a small position marker (a world anchor) for each placed piece. These markers are managed by visionOS on your device.
  • Plantelier does not access your camera images.

Stored on Your Device

Plantelier stores the following locally on your device, inside the app’s own storage. None of it is sent to Revivr Studios.

  • Your arrangement: which pieces you placed in Room Mode, with their position, size, and rotation, so the room can come back the way you left it.
  • Saved Displays: the arrangements you choose to save, with the names you give them. You can delete a Saved Display at any time.
  • Preferences: settings such as music, plant sounds, and effects, your favorite pieces, and whether you have seen the introduction.

Deleting Plantelier from your device removes this information.

Downloading Additional Pieces

Some larger pieces, such as the Bonsai and Holiday collections, download the first time you place them. These downloads come from Apple’s App Store, not from Revivr Studios, and do not include any information about you.

Sending a Plant as a Gift

  • What a gift contains: A gift is a link. It contains the name of the piece you chose and, if you add them, your name (up to 40 characters) and a message (up to 140 characters). It does not contain a 3D model, a scan of your room, or anything about where you placed your pieces.
  • How it is sent: You choose how to send the link using the standard share options on your device, such as Messages or Mail. It travels through the service you choose, not through Revivr Studios, and anyone who receives the link can read the name and message it contains.
  • Receiving a gift: When you open a gift link, Plantelier shows the sender’s name and message and offers to place the piece using the copy already in your app. Plantelier does not save the name or message.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Application refers to Plantelier, the software program provided by the Company.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Revivr Studios LLC, 208 South 9th Street, Saint Helens, Oregon 97051.
  • Country refers to: Oregon, United States.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as an Apple Vision Pro.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. (Note: As described above, the Company collects none.)
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • You means the individual using the Service.

Children's Privacy

Revivr Studios does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, for example by email, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
